Cherokee Winds Farm was started with the idea of standing out and being different. I didn't want it to be a show barn where there was the stereotypical stuffy persona. But I also didn't want it to be hillbilly deluxe (that's a shoutout I'll let you find). I wanted a place where people could forget their troubles and just be happy. Where stress could melt away.
The boarders we have are really laid back and kind. We help each other and come together almost as a family. We have cookouts and holidays parties. We go out together on trail rides and fun outtings even without the horses. It's a very friendly and inviting atmosphere.
